Baptism Request for adults and children. 

A Baptism Class and Church Membership is required. Our Baptism Class is being offered on June 23rd at 9am in Connect Center #4. If you have already taken the class, you do not need to take it again. The Baptisms will take place on Sunday morning, June 30th during our 10am Worship service.

Complete the online request form and submit for review. 

A receipt of your request will be sent immediately but your request is not approved until it has been reviewed.  You will receive an additional email confirmation advising approval and will include:

• the date, time and meeting place for the Required Baptism Class

• the day and time of the Baptism and any pertinent information that you will need to know for the day of the Baptism.

• If you currently have an SRC account, please have your user id and password handy to complete your registration.

• If you do not have an SRC account or do not remember your information, please follow the instructions on the next screen.
